Referral terms

• 1 paying referral unlocks 1 month free on your subscription.
• 3 paying referrals unlock 3 months free.
• 5 paying referrals unlock 6 months free.
• If you have not subscribed yet when you hit a tier, we bank the equivalent as a starter credit, redeemable within 12 months of issue.
• Rewards stack across tiers. Reaching 5 paying referrals earns you 1 + 3 + 6 = 10 months free in total.

• The new person joined through your personal share link (or entered your referral code at signup).
• They became a paying Priovera customer on a paid plan.
• Their first paid invoice cleared and was not refunded or charged back within 30 days.
• Each person can only be attributed to one referrer, ever. First-touch wins; if they later click a different referral link, the original attribution stands.

• Yourself, using a different email address.
• Other employees of your own company (we may approve these case-by-case, but they are not automatic).
• Free or trial accounts that never convert to paid.
• Sign-ups we believe to be fraudulent, bots, or made in bad faith.
• Bulk distribution of your link on public coupon, deal or spam sites.

• Your private dashboard on the waitlist confirmation page shows each referral, masked for privacy, with its current status (pending, paying, voided).
• We mark referrals as "paying" once we have confirmed the first invoice has cleared.
• If you believe a referral is missing or incorrectly status-ed, email hello@priovera.io and we will review the audit trail with you.

• We may void a referral if the referred customer refunds, charges back, or cancels within the first 30 days of their paid invoice, or if we identify the referral as fraudulent or in breach of these terms.
• If voiding a referral takes you below a tier you have unlocked within the past 30 days, the corresponding reward is also revoked.
• After 30 days from the unlock date the reward is locked in and cannot be revoked, except in the case of confirmed fraud.

We reserve the right to amend or end this referral programme on 30 days written notice (we will email all participants with active referrals or unredeemed rewards). Rewards already unlocked at the date of change will be honoured.

• Rewards are a discount on Priovera services, not cash, and have no cash value.
• There is no purchase or entry fee, and no element of chance. This is not a prize draw or lottery.
• The reward is a commercial discount and is not, in our view, taxable income to the referrer in the UK. We do not provide tax advice; consult your own advisor if you are unsure.
• These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and you and Priovera Ltd submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
• Data handling is covered by our privacy policy.
